These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of EcoChain (the “Service”), operated by Impact Link Asia (“EcoChain”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. The Service

EcoChain is a platform that helps companies manage their sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) profile, assessments, and reporting. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You must verify your email address to activate your account, and you must be able to lawfully enter into these Terms to register.

3. Company Data & Content

You retain ownership of the company profile information, documents, and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a license to host, store, and process it solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you, including displaying it to authorized administrators reviewing or verifying your company profile.

You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Content, including information submitted for verification purposes. Submitting false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others; or (e) misrepresent your affiliation with any company or individual.

5. Verification & Administrative Review

EcoChain administrators may review company profiles submitted for verification (KYB) and may approve, reject, or request changes at their discretion. Verification status is not a guarantee or endorsement of any company’s business practices, financial standing, or sustainability performance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Impact Link Asia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Link Asia and EcoChain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
